Welcome to WiseExchange (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the WiseExchange platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WiseExchange. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
1. User Conduct

1.5. Payments: All payments must be made through the authorized payment methods provided on the Platform.
WiseExchange is not responsible for any delays, disruptions, or failures caused by third-party payment processors.
1.6. Exchange Rates: WiseExchange provides real-time exchange rates, which may fluctuate due to market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rates at the time of your transaction.
1.7. Finality of Transactions:All transactions are final once confirmed on the Platform, subject to applicable law.So cannot be reversed or refunded.
1.8. Suspension/Termination: WiseExchange reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for any misuse or violation of these Terms, at our sole discretion.
2. Limitation of Liability
2.1. WiseExchange shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses due to service interruptions, third-party actions, or market fluctuations.
2.2. The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” WiseExchange does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to its services.
3. Intellectual Property and Updates
3.1. Ownership: All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and other materials, is the property of WiseExchange and is protected by UK and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
3.2. Updates to Terms: WiseExchange reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when using the Platform.
4.2. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local financial regulations when using our services.
4.3. You agree to keep your account information secure and not share your login credentials with third parties.
4.4. WiseExchange reserves the right to request identity verification at any time for compliance or security purposes.
5.5. You are responsible and agreed to complete all the exchanges orders follow the assigned of our system that we provided following the level you are participating for complete to our exchanger.
5. Transaction Policies
5.1. WiseExchange reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reverse transactions that appear suspicious, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms or applicable regulations.
5.2. You acknowledge that exchange rates are subject to change, and WiseExchange is not liable for any losses resulting from rate fluctuations.
5.3. In the event of a transaction delay due to unforeseen circumstances, WiseExchange will notify you as soon as reasonably practicable.
5.4. Refunds or reversals are not permitted unless required by applicable law.
6. Compliance & Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy
6.1. WiseExchange adheres to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations to prevent illegal activities.
6.2. You may be required to submit identification documents or other information before completing transactions.
6.3. WiseExchange may report suspicious activity to relevant financial or regulatory authorities without prior notice to you, as required by law.
7. Termination & Suspension
7.1. WiseExchange may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.
7.2. Accounts involved in fraudulent or illegal activities may be permanently banned.
7.3. You may request termination of your account by contacting us. However, records of past transactions will be retained for compliance and legal purposes.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, you agree to first attempt resolution through confidential arbitration in the United Kingdom, in accordance with the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration, before pursuing legal action.
8.3. Any legal proceedings, if necessary, shall be brought exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
